Passport applications are accepted by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
To schedule an appointment please call (512) 332-7244 between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.   

Acceptable forms of payment:

Application Fees – Fees paid to U.S Department of State

-Personal Check

-Money Order

-Cashier’s Check

-Cash or Credit Card NOT accepted


Execution Fee – Fees paid to Bastrop County District Clerk

-Money Order

-Cashier’s Check

-Credit Card

-Cash, must be exact cash

-Personal Checks NOT accepted

ITEMS REQUIRED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

  • Completed DS11 Form in BLACK INK WITH NO ERRORS
  • Photo ID or other identifying documents
  • Valid evidence of U.S. Citizenship
  • Certified passport photo
  • Appropriate Fees

 

The U.S. Department of State Passport Services is offering faster processing times to customers who apply on or after November 6:

 

Routine Service: 7-10 weeks
Expedited Service: 3-5 weeks

 

Processing times only include the time your application is at one of our passport
agencies or centers and do not include mailing times, which may vary across the
country.
